Nicholas “Nick” Palance is the award-winning owner of Nicholas Palance Real Estate LLC, servicing the Manhattan, Brooklyn, Hamptons, and Florida luxury real estate and investment markets. NPRE is modeled after a family office, guiding clients through lifelong, global real estate decisions with a data-driven, tech-enabled, value-add approach. Through Palance, Nick oversees his brokerage, technology ventures, and investment activities under a unified, principal-led platform.
A Connecticut native and Northeastern University early honors graduate, Nick moved to New York City over two decades ago and built a reputation for tackling the most complex deals with precision and creativity. He won the Real Estate Board of New York’s First Place Deal of the Year Award for closing one of the city’s most challenging transactions, and his real estate tech company, Stacks, tied for 2nd in the REBNY Proptech Challenge. Prior to real estate, Nick advised Wall Street executives at Big 4 accounting firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and legendary musicians at Big 4 record label, EMI Records.
Known for his deep market knowledge, patient listening, and strategic dealmaking, Nick has sold prime properties across New York — from Fifth Avenue co-ops and West Village penthouses to SoHo lofts and Brooklyn brownstones. Now based between NYC and Florida, he focuses on Robert A.M. Stern condos, NYC townhouses, waterfront and equestrian properties, and private club communities.
Outside of work, Nick can be found walking his Schnauzer, Coop, or enjoying golf, fishing, horseback riding, music, comedy, fashion, collecting guitars, and giving back through Best Buddies, the American Cancer Society, and various animal welfare organizations.
